Camms is a leading provider of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, helping organisations manage risk and achieve their strategic objectives. Their platform offers powerful tools for managing complex risk processes, and they sought a redesign to enhance their online presence and user engagement.
The goal
The goal was to redesign the Camms website and platform to modernise their digital presence, improve user experience, and strengthen their position as an industry leader in GRC. Camms also wanted to make their resources section a key area for lead capture and user engagement, with the addition of interactive, gated content to encourage conversions.
The solution
The solution involved a complete overhaul of the website including custom graphics that replaced outdated screenshots. The custom visuals were preferred over their original screenshots of their platform, and as a result, Camms now turns to me for all their graphic needs. The resources section was redesigned with gated content to drive lead capture while incorporating fun and interactive learning elements with custom graphics to keep users engaged.
The process
I collaborated closely with the Camms team to understand their objectives, business needs, and brand identity. After analysing the platform’s user experience and design, I created a sleek and intuitive user interface that aligned with their vision. Custom graphics were developed to showcase the functionality of their GRC tools in a more engaging way, and the resources section was reimagined to be a dynamic, lead-generating hub for their content.
The result
The redesign resulted in impressive growth for Camms: a 135% increase in new users, a 48% rise in clicks, and a 31% boost in conversions. The combination of a user-centric design, engaging custom graphics, and an enhanced lead capture strategy has helped position Camms as a stronger player in the GRC industry.
